December 21, 2004: The Concept Group, Inc. of West Berlin, NJ announces the appointment of Mr. Paul R. Stepanoff, PE to the position of Chief Operating Officer and General Manager and Mr. William Thomas to the position of Operations Manager. Mr. Thomas will provide the Concept Group with extensive Hermetic Seal manufacturing experience while Mr. Stepanoff will provide broad Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Growth experience.

Mr. Thomas holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and has worked in the Hermetic Seal industry for over 18 years. His experience includes Quality Control, Engineering, and Operations Management positions with leading manufacturing firms. His expertise includes spearheading customer root cause analysis efforts leading to innovative solutions to their problems and packaging needs.

Mr. Stepanoff has a BS in Chemical Engineering, a Professional Engineering license, holds 4 patents, and has over 20 years of engineering and executive management experience in both Fortune 500 and smaller manufacturing companies where he has successfully developed and commercialized several new products and processes. Mr. Stepanoff will build on Concept’s core businesses and strengths to provide strategic direction, develop new products, and deliver customer solutions.
