PRECISION VACUUM BRAZING:

Vacuum brazing is used to permanently and hermetically join two metal surfaces and is one of the strongest bonding methods available for metal joining. Vacuum brazing allows for fluxless brazing resulting in a clean and bright assembly requiring no further post-braze cleaning. All types of metal parts, including machined, cast, formed, stamped and tubing can be bonded with a hermetic seal at the joint area utilizing Concept’s Vacuum Brazing technology. Vacuum brazing is especially useful when minimal distortion is important.

Simple and complex configurations of all sizes (up to 18 inches cubed) can be joined, including many simultaneous joints. Ceramic to metal bonds can also be created with vacuum brazing. Customized braze runs, strict quality control procedures and prompt shipment of your parts help ensure satisfaction with every job.
