Vacuum brazing is used to permanently and hermetically join two metal surfaces. It creates extremely clean, flux-free braze joints of high integrity and strength. It's one of the strongest bonding methods available for metal joining. Because it's fluxless, vacuum brazing produces a clean, bright assembly that requires no further post-braze cleaning.

• We Can Bond That You can use Concept Group's vacuum brazing technology to hermetically bond virtually any metal parts, including machined, cast, formed, stamped, and cylindrical/tube parts. You'll find that vacuum brazing is especially useful when you want to minimize distortion, because the part's temperature uniformity greatly reduces residual stresses. This can significantly improve its thermal and mechanical properties. We have a wide variety of braze materials you can choose from depending on your application, including alloys of nickel, copper, silver, gold, and others. And you can join both simple and complex configurations of all sizes up to 18 inches cubed, including many simultaneous joints. You can even create ceramic-to-metal bonds with our vacuum brazing technology.
