The high quality of our machining work is something we take special pride in. That's not a surprise, given our roots; in fact, Concept Group actually began as a machine shop. Despite our rapid growth into other product areas such as hermetic seals, vacuum insulation, and vacuum brazing, our machining department continues to be an important backbone of our operation.

Our machining department uses state-of-the-art CNC machines, networked together for ease of CAD and CAM. In addition, we utilize electronic instruments at each station to create full databases for SPC, quality, process leaning, and productivity enhancement. We are AS9100C-certified and design many of our processes to Six-Sigma quality. We can handle the job you want done.

• Parts and Tooling: A Benefit for You
We not only machine the components used in our vacuum-brazed and glassed parts and assemblies; we also machine all of the complex tooling and fixturing required for these operations.

That's one of those quiet facts that people rarely notice, but it's something you might particularly like. Why?
