custom-designed and built vacuum furnace equipment that can reach temperatures of up to 2400 ºF. This, combined with the unique ability to process components in a variety of atmospheres (in addition to a complete vacuum) allows us to design and create the strongest, most durable seals in the industry today - used by leading companies all over the world.

Concept group has developed a process for making high-end hermetic packages, some that can withstand temperatures exceeding 1,100 deg. Celsius and hold pressures to 150,000 psi. We use vacuum furnaces and a controlled proprietary process yielding very robust seals that can exceed extreme condition applications. In addition we can combine vacuum brazing and heat-treating into our production, depending on your specific requirements.
