Process Development Consulting:

Concept engineers have expertise in redesigning and leaning manufacturing and assembly processes. Our staff comprises Professional Engineers as well as Six-Sigma Black Belts. With our extensive knowledge and experience in machining, vacuum brazing, vacuum insulation, and hermetic glass-to-metal seal technologies, we can solve even the most vexing process problems. One company approached us to seek a solution to hermetically join two pieces of metal foil sheets just 0.005 inches thick. Everything the customer had tried ended in failure. Concept took their design, worked extensively with their engineers, and developed a proprietary braze material and manufacturing process that worked flawlessly with the customer’s application.
