Process Development Consulting
In addition to redesigning products, Concept engineers have redesigned processes, as well. With our extensive knowledge and experience in machining, vacuum brazing, and hermetic seal technologies, we can solve even the most vexing process problems. As an example, a company approached us with one that was particularly unique. They were attempting to hermetically join two pieces of metal, not an uncommon process, yet the pieces of metal were foil sheets .005 inches thick. Concept took their design, worked extensively with their engineers, and, in the end, developed our own proprietary braze material and process that worked flawlessly with the customers application. This approach has worked flawlessly with many others.
